라포(Rapport) 개인정보처리방침

라포는 "대화 내용은 저장하지 않는다"를 설계 원칙으로 만든 대화 연습 앱입니다. 본 방침은 라포(운영: Trappist, 이하 "회사")가 무엇을 수집하고, 무엇을 수집하지 않는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 식별자: Apple 로그인 시 발급되는 익명 식별자와, 사용자가 공유를 선택한 경우 이메일 주소.
• 이용량 집계: 월별 음성 연습 사용 시간과 세션 횟수(숫자만).
• 구독 상태: 구독 플랜과 만료일. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며 회사는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 앱 설정: 연습 상대 성별 선호 등(기기에만 저장).

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 대화 내용(음성·텍스트)은 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 음성은 실시간 처리 후 폐기되며, 자막과 피드백은 앱 안에서만 존재하고 세션 종료 시 사라집니다.
• 연락처, 위치, 사진, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.
• 사용자의 대화를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 처리 및 국외 이전

실시간 대화 생성과 피드백 작성을 위해 음성·텍스트가 미국 소재 OpenAI의 API로 실시간 전송·처리됩니다. 해당 데이터는 모델 학습에 사용되지 않도록 설정되어 있으며, 라포 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다. 결제·구독 관리는 Apple(App Store)이 처리합니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

계정 식별자·이용량·구독 상태는 계정이 존재하는 동안 보관됩니다. 앱 내 마이페이지에서 계정을 삭제하면 위 정보가 즉시, 복구 불가능하게 삭제됩니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람(마이페이지)·삭제(계정 삭제)를 할 수 있습니다. 기타 요청: hello@trappist.app

6. 연령

라포는 만 19세(또는 거주 지역의 성년 연령) 이상을 대상으로 합니다.

7. 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에서 고지합니다.

Rapport Privacy Policy

Rapport is a conversation-practice app built on one design principle: your conversations are not stored. This policy explains what Rapport (operated by Trappist, "we") collects — and what we don't.

1. What we collect

• Account identifier: the anonymous identifier issued by Sign in with Apple, and your email only if you choose to share it.
• Usage totals: monthly voice-practice minutes and session counts (numbers only).
• Subscription status: your plan and expiry date. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive card details.
• App settings: e.g. practice-partner preference (stored on your device).

2. What we don't collect

• Conversation content (voice or text) is never stored on our servers. Audio is processed in real time and discarded; captions and feedback exist only inside the app and disappear when a session ends.
• No contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers.
• Your conversations are never used to train AI models.

3. Third-party processing & international transfer

To generate real-time conversation and feedback, audio/text is processed in real time by OpenAI's API (United States), configured so that it is not used for model training and is not retained on Rapport's servers. Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store).

4. Retention & deletion

Account identifier, usage totals and subscription status are kept while your account exists. Deleting your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account) erases them immediately and irreversibly.

5. Your rights

You can view your data (Profile) and delete it (Delete Account) at any time. Other requests: hello@trappist.app

6. Age

Rapport is for adults — 19+ in Korea, or the age of majority where you live (minimum 17+ per App Store rating).

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page.
