라포는 AI 대화 상대와 음성·텍스트로 대화를 연습하고 피드백을 받는 앱입니다 (운영: Trappist, 이하 "회사"). 본 약관에 동의한 경우에만 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
라포의 대화 상대는 인공지능이며 실제 사람이 아닙니다. 대화 내용은 연습을 위한 시뮬레이션으로, 사실이 아닐 수 있으며 심리 상담·의료·법률 등 전문적 조언이 아닙니다. 위기 상황에서는 전문 기관(한국 자살예방 상담전화 109, 미국 988 등)의 도움을 받으세요.
서비스는 Apple 로그인으로 이용하며, 만 19세(또는 거주 지역 성년 연령) 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정은 앱 내에서 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.
서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링, 자동화된 대량 이용, 타인 사칭, 불법·유해 목적의 이용을 금지합니다. 위반 시 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
앱·디자인·캐릭터 등 서비스의 모든 요소는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자의 자산입니다. 세션 중 생성된 피드백은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 내용을 개선·변경하거나, 사전 고지 후 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 베타 기간에는 기능과 제공량이 예고 없이 조정될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Rapport is an app for practicing conversations with an AI partner by voice or text, with feedback afterward (operated by Trappist, "we"). By using Rapport you agree to these terms.
Your conversation partner is an artificial intelligence, not a real person. Conversations are practice simulations; they may be inaccurate and are not professional advice (medical, legal, or mental-health). In a crisis, contact a professional service (US: 988; Korea: 109).
The service uses Sign in with Apple and is for adults only (19+ in Korea or the age of majority where you live). You can delete your account in the app at any time.
No reverse engineering, automated bulk use, impersonation, or unlawful or harmful use. Violations may result in restricted access.
The app, its design, and its characters belong to us or our licensors. Feedback generated in your sessions is yours to use personally and non-commercially.
We may improve or change the service, or discontinue it with prior notice. During beta, features and allowances may change without notice.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
